Product Description
1. Each line maybe weave with a main color and five auxiliary color, each sock maybe knitted with fifteen colors.
2. Suitable for Three-Phase Power of 380V and frequency of 50Hz, the complete knitting system is controlled by computer.
3. The installation of the UPS may ensure the continuous weaving for the instant power failure.
4. The technique of the needles system adopt the technolgy from Japan, have a good stability and wearable.
5. The thread and the triangle are controlled by the electronic air controller.
6. As adopting speed motor, thread tension and density is adjustable.
7. The double picks, the double lift needle to beat a heel, can knit Y heel.
8. Equipped the UPS machine can keep the memory of program and the knitting action if transient electric power cut happened, when the power restored, machine can continue the knitting
9. Knitting can be operated through keyboard and LCD
10. The fog form of needle tube is even to provide oil, reducing fabric greasy dirt.
11. The shuttle of No. 1and No. 2 can change the bottom yarn with each other.
